Terms and conditions:
  - No salary deduction
  - No service and hidden charges
  - No fees to be collected
  - No trust account deposits
  - No long term contracts
  - 3 years maximum contracts with salaries & benefits
  - Processing with INS starts 30 days after passing the NCLEX or CG
  - Immigrant petition for Texas with approval within 4 to 6 months
  - Total of 6 to 8 months for US visa immigrant visas

Procedures:
• STEP 1: For nurses who have passed either the CGFNS and/or NCLEX/IELTS
1.) Nurse/Client avails the services of Polyvision before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), US Department of Labor, and the US Department of State (US Consulate) for the preparation, filing and adjudication of I-140 petition for occupational visa (E-3 immigrant visa).
2.) Nurse/Client agrees that before commencing the legal process, commitments from petitioning/sponsoring hospital or employer to shoulder the legal costs and other related fees had been obtained.

3.) Nurse/Client shall execute a personal undertaking to fulfill the terms and conditions of the employment agreement with the petitioner, to provide sufficient guarantee to Polyvision, the employer, or any third party financial intermediary for all expenses advanced; and to reimburse all expenses incurred if the client discontinues or terminates his/her obligations to the petitioner.
4.) Nurse/Client guarantees that all information, documents and papers provided to Polyvision are complete, true and correct. Client also warrants that he/she has not applied for any foreign occupational visa processing with any other employer or agent and should any previous or future visa processing materializes, the Client authorizes Polyvision to terminate its services.

• Step 2
1.) Nurse/Client passes all English and State Board Examinations on time.
2.) Nurse/Client provides Polyvision with the latest updates on his/her reviews/examination results.
3.) Nurse/Client sends email reports every month to Polyvision (polyvision2001@yahoo.com) on his/her continuing education, trainings and seminars, nursing volunteer or hospital experience.
