II. HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT -2 days

       - team building, leadership, self-awareness, cultural awareness,
         commitment, values formation, destination familiarization, stress          andtime management, basic life support + practicum

III. OJT - hotels/restaurant/office - 30-90 days (unpaid OJT)
       - With good performance - 30 days only and guaranteed absorption (min. pay)      

note: Applicants with experience and qualifications will be endorsed to principals for          foreign employment.

FEES

The total fee is Ps 3,500.00 per applicant (including OJT) payable in cash or 50% upon enrollment and the remaining balance to be settled two weeks thereafter.
